PINEAPPLE PUNCH

SPICED RUM, PINEAPPLE JUICE, DRY GINGER ALE

INGREDIENTS

  • 50ml Ginger Ale

  • 100ml Pineapple Juice

  • 25ml Lime Juice

  • Optional Chilli slices

  • Garnish: Lime wheel, Optional – chilli slices

METHOD

  1. Gather the ingredients.
  2. In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, rum, pineapple juice and lime and chilli slice/s if using.
  3. Shake well.
  4. Strain over ice into a tumbler.
  5. Top with ginger ale and a twist of lime.
  6. Serve and enjoy.
