25ml Wildjac Rum
25ml Sweet Vermouth
Large Ice cube for serving
Orange peel for garnish
- Add the first 3 ingredients to mixing glass with plenty of ice, and stir until well chilled
- Pour through a strainer into a rocks glass with a large ice cube
- Garnish with a twist of orange peel
